Return & Cancellation Policy
A proof of the Product will be sent to the Customer via e-mail for review and approval prior to printing the order. Depending on the size of your order, the proof will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided during the order process, typically within 2 business days of the order being placed.
Should any order changes need to be made after the order has been placed, the Customer may make changes to said Product order ONLY BEFORE Customer approval of the E-mailed proof. No changes are allowed once the order has been approved.
Due to the personalized nature of the products, no returns will accepted. Please make sure to check and re-check all spelling, dates, and punctuation to avoid any typographical error(s).
Requests for refund will not be accepted after you approve the final proof and your orders are printed.

Due to supplier changes, product selection and availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Depending on the size of the order and stock availibility, your order may take 3-14 days to process; therefore, please place your order at least 3 weeks before your event. If we have the product, we can often send your order out much sooner. If you are unsure if you have enough time to receive your order, please contact us and request for an estimated processing time for your order.
Shipping-
We ship via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days business days to arrive with a flat fee of 6.95. At our discretion from time to time we may run a promotion with free shipping. PSW strongly suggests that you order Wrappers Only during warm weather and then purchase your own candy bars and wrap them yourself.We are not responsible for any melted candy during shipping.
Product shipped by PSW will be presumed to have been received by the Customer unless written notice to the contrary is received by PSW within five (5) business days of the Product ship date as indicated by E-mailed shipment notification.
